Q: What time does the show start and end?
A: Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5p.m.
Q: Do you offer group sales?
A: Yes, we do offer group discounts for groups of 10 or more people. All group sales must be placed and paid in one order. Please contact us for more information: tickets@makeupmag.com
Q: May I purchase tickets at the door?
A: Yes. Door ticket prices are:
One day ticket £45 + VAT
Two day ticket £65 + VAT
Student One day £40 + VAT
Student Two day £60 + VAT
Q: What are all the ticket prices?
A: Prices until Dec. 20, 2009 (5 p.m. PST)
Regular tickets: 1 day/ £33, 2 day/ £55
Student tickets: 1 day/ £28, 2 day/ £48
Prices from Dec. 21 to Jan. 28, 2010 (5:00 p.m. GMT)
Regular tickets: 1 day/ £38, 2 day/ £60
Student tickets: 1 day/ £33, 2 day/ £53
NOTE: Your bank may charge conversion fees.
Q: I haven’t received my tickets.
A: If you did not select the shipping option and pay for shipping then your ticket will be at Will Call. Please bring a picture id along with your receipt to pick up your tickets at the door.
Q: Where do I pick up my tickets?
A: If you have purchased tickets online and have selected Will Call pickup or Pick Up at Show as your shipping method, then you will pick up your tickets at the show. There will be an Online Presale Ticket desk at the main entrance to Alexandra Palace on January 30 and 31. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt and picture id.
Q: Is there parking onsite?
A: Alexandra Palace provides ample on-site parking free of charge and is also easily accessible by public transportation.

Q: I want to change my ticket to a different day.
A: Tickets can be changed until Thursday at 5 p.m. prior to the show. Please e-mail your full name, order # and which day you would like to change to. Please e-mail to jennifer@makeupmag.com.
Q: I can’t go to the show, may I get a refund?
A: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE as stated on ourWeb site. No exceptions.
Q: I can’t go to the show, may I give my ticket to a friend?
A: Yes, they may give their ticket to a friend but you must contact us with the change, as well as send them with a copy of the original receipt.
